Dear families,

Our first class will start on September 4th, 2010, Saturday morning at 10:30 -- 11:30. Here's something that we would like you to know when you come:

1. You will be filling out a Registration Information form when you come, or you can fill it out at home and bring it to us when you come. You can find the Registration Information Form under link Forms and Docs.

2. If it is your first time to take our class, you will be having one trial class with us free. After the trial class, if you decide to take our class, you will be paying the September class fee in full; if you decide not to take our class, you don't have to pay anything to us.

3. Our class fee is $50 per month, no refund policy.

4. Our classroom is located inside of the Cambridge International Preschool at Buckhead. The address is 4100 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30342.

5. After the first class, we may divide our class into two sessions for beginners and intermediate learners. The beginners' session will use our own evolved Mandarin Chinese curriculum -- Little Busy Bee: On Our Way to China, and the intermediate session will use My First Chinese Reader text book (you can order it online at www.betterchinese.com, this textbook has been adopted by the Department of Education in Gerogia).

6. There is a possibility that we offer Mandarin class sessions during week days after school hours. If you are interested in taking after-school Mandarin class sessions and you have a preference on the days that you would like to take the class, please inform Ms. Sophie.

Our first class will be mainly reviewing the songs and vocabularies we have learned before, and playing games to help children, families, and teacher to get to know each other.

We are looking forward to having you in our class and having fun to learn Mandarin Chinese together! Please feel free to contact Ms. Sophie if you have any questions about our Mandarin class.

Thank you,
Little Busy Bee Mandarin Academy
